Shipping Policy All shipments are sent out UPS Ground. We ship all orders out within 2-5 business days. Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages. We ship to the lower 48 States. We do NOT ship outsite the United State. FREE Shipping Insurance - Insurance is issued free up to $100.
Handling Fee
HAZMAT Fee All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Utah residents must pay state sales tax.

30 Day Return Policy - In the unlikely
event that you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased
from EmergencySurvivalOnline.com, please return it for a refund of the purchase
price less shipping, handling, and the cost of food and water products. Food
and water products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law,
therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
All returned items
must be in new unused condition (deemed by us) and packaged in the original
manufacturers’ box. All of the products (except food and water products),
manuals, accessories, registration cards, etc. must be returned before
a refund may be issued. Returns on merchandise after 30 days are subject
to refusal. After the returned products have been received, please allow 4-6
weeks for your account to be credited.
Defective
Item - If the item(s) is defective, EmergencySurvivalOnline.com will replace
the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not
the entire survival kit.
Damaged
Item - If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer's
responsibility to contact UPS directly.
FREE Shipping
Insurance - Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for
in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.
Order
Error - If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once
the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return
shipping cost will not be refunded.

How to Return a Product:
1.
Contact us at support@emergencysurvivalonline.com
to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A return shipping
address will be given to you with your RMA number. An RMA number is required to
process a return. Please write this number down along with a note stating the
reason for the return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal.
2. Carefully package
the product in the manufacturers’ original packaging, making sure to include
all products (except food and water products) and paperwork. Food
and water products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law,
therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
3. Return the product
via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure
the package as EmergencySurvivalOnline.com is not responsible for loss or
damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for
your purchase price. Returned products will be shipped at customers’ expense.
4. Place a shipping
label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you
received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number along with
a note stating the reason for the return. After the returned
products have been received, please allow 4-6 weeks for your account to be
credited.
